About My Clients
I support clients navigating a wide range of complex life experiences including grief, identity exploration, burnout, intergenerational trauma, and relationship distress. My work centers those impacted by systemic oppression, family conflict, chronic stress, and cycles of emotional disconnection. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults facing attachment wounds, ADHD, racial trauma, military-related stress, and body image issues.
My Background and Approach
I use a blend of EMDR, somatic therapy, DBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and inner child work to support trauma recovery and emotional clarity. Our work focuses on building awareness, capacity, and coping tools that are actually sustainable in real life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Latina therapist, I hold deep respect for the sacredness of identity, culture, and lived experience. I believe healing is both personal and collective rooted in community, story, and the reclamation of voice. I support causes that advocate for racial justice, gender equity, mental health access, and the dignity of marginalized communities. My work is shaped by a commitment to decolonizing mental health and holding space for grief, resilience, and belonging. I proudly serve individuals from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+ clients, BIPOC communities, survivors, and those navigating spiritual and identity transitions. I believe therapy should be a liberating space, grounded in both compassion and accountability. Outside of the therapy room, I support community-based efforts focused on crisis response, family reunification, and trauma recovery. I believe in showing up with grit, grace, and radical empathy.
