As the founder of Poderosa Rising, my nonprofit, and Chingona Therapy PLLC, my group practice, I am dedicated to helping women thrive both personally and professionally. My work is rooted in cultural pride, resilience, and the belief that healing is a radical act of self-love and resistance. Faith and family are at the core of my values. As the great-granddaughter of a partera, I carry the wisdom and strength of those who came before me. I’m passionate about uplifting women, promoting mental health awareness, and advocating for social justice. Whether through therapy, mentorship, or leadership programs, my mission is to help mujeres reclaim their power, rewrite their stories, and find joy.
