I specialize in working with individuals and couples to equip them with tools that empower and nurture authentic exploration and growth. Some of my most common therapeutic areas include, but are not limited to, relationships, women’s concerns, spirituality, marriage, LBGTQIA+, anxiety, stress, trauma, career changes/challenges, transitions, college age student concerns, exploring self-love/esteem, attachment issues, divorce, and family conflict.
