About My Clients

Are you and your partner stuck having the same fight over and over? Maybe you're engaged, expecting a baby, or wondering why old wounds keep showing up in your relationship. Or maybe you're questioning your faith, healing from religious or childhood trauma, or trying to figure out who you are outside of the stories you were handed. You don't have to keep repeating old patterns. Together, we'll create lasting change, deeper connection, and a life that feels like your own.

My Background and Approach

I know what it's like to sit on the other side of the couch, and that experience shapes how I show up as a therapist. I strive to create an honest, supportive space where you can say the things that feel hardest to say without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in helping you understand the patterns keeping you stuck while building practical skills for lasting change. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs. Whether we're strengthening your relationship, healing childhood or religious trauma, or helping you reconnect with your authentic self, we'll work together to create deeper insight, emotional healing, and more intentional ways of living and connecting. My goal is to help you move beyond survival and build a life and relationships that feel secure, meaningful, and true to who you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully honest about their experiences, emotions, and relationships. I don't believe you're "too much" or "too broken", I believe many of the patterns causing pain today once served a purpose. Together, we can understand those patterns with compassion and create new ones that better align with the life and relationships you want. Therapy changed my own relationship, and experiencing the work from the client's side has made me a more grounded and empathetic therapist. I value authenticity, curiosity, and a little humor along the way. I am committed to providing an affirming space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and for anyone navigating religious trauma, childhood trauma, or major life transitions. My hope is that our work helps you move from surviving to living with greater intention, connection, and self-trust.
