My Background and Approach
I have experience in working with couples and different types of families, where I make effort to ensure that everyone is aware of the communication and relational transactions when interacting. Everyone has a voice. I assist clients in exploring their own behavior patterns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I recognize and understand that the decision to seek therapy and receive help in a time of frustration and possible hopelessness is typically not one sought out overnight. I work to co-create meaning and goals with you to better to fit your own personal strengths and life experiences.
