My Background and Approach
I have worked in the mental health field for nine years and combined my psychotherapeutic training with nursing to address mental health needs holistically. Mental wellness and resilience are vital to living a fulfilling and authentic life, and it takes empathy, self-awareness, and human connection to help others uncover their story. I treat clients of a wide range of ages and mental health symptoms, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and addiction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to help my clients rediscover authenticity and worthiness, as they work to address mental health imbalances including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. I use a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management, inner child work, mind/body connection, mood and anxiety regulation, and work/life balancing.
