About My Clients
Life can be incredibly hard. The low points - the valleys - can be dark, lonely, and difficult to navigate. You are not alone. I take an integrated approach to individualize your treatment. The goal of counseling is your improved health overall. My role as your therapist is to assist you in navigating towards your healing.
My Background and Approach
Over the past decade, it has been an honor to have developed therapeutic relationships with children and adults suffering from the effects of trauma in the form of abuse or neglect; transitions related to school, marriage, divorce, career change, or parenting; and grief due to the loss of child, parent, or loved one. I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach and have completed advanced trainings in the treatment of trauma.
