About My Clients
My experience includes working with teens and young adults in a private practice setting, with a focus on various issues such as anxiety, body image + self esteem, LGBTQ+ topics, relationships, and depression. My clinical background also includes substance abuse, disordered eating and co-occurring mental health issues. I am passionate about serving my clients as an empathetic companion in each unique healing journey, and I am committed to providing a judgment-free, nurturing space for clients.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, and received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, and am under clinical supervision with Carol Moore, LPC. Through evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I strive to combine a holistic approach in my work in order to achieve each individual’s goals of embodied, authentic wellness. The process of self-discovery and healing inner wounds can be challenging, and important. You are not alone!
