My Background and Approach
I believe in active listening. There are occasions where you just want to vent to a friend, colleague, family member etc, and they talk over you or focus the situation back on them. I am not a fan of that! I offer advice only if requested. Other than that, please understand that I hear you and acknowledge your strengths and challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love dogs! I have 2 dogs, Brownie and Daisy. If ever you're struggling, I recommend getting a pet because they need your love and support as much as they love and support you. Animals are great coping skills!
