About My Clients
I specialize in working with women, older teen girls, and members of the LGBTQIA+ to navigate relationships, increase their self-love, and live their truth. I work best with clients who are open-minded, willing to put in the work, and appreciate a laid-back conversational style.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience working closely with women and girls in private, non-profit, and school-based settings. I am a queer woman, so I am also able to bring intimate understanding and knowledge of the challenges that LGBTQIA+ people may face, on top of everyday life challenges. I customize my approach based on each client's needs. I will listen with an open heart and mind, and I love to incorporate creative/expressive elements to sessions.
