About My Clients
I work best with adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, and related challenges that can feel overwhelming or disruptive to daily life. I also help individuals and couples navigate relationship concerns, intimacy issues, and sexual health. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ERP, I create personalized treatment plans that help clients build confidence, reduce distress, and develop lasting skills for meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychologist in Georgia with a Psy.D. and M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, an APA-accredited program. My training includes an APA-approved internship at Metropolitan State College of Denver’s Counseling Center and postdoctoral fellowship training at the University of Georgia’s Counseling and Psychiatric Services Center. I have worked in community mental health, hospital, and college counseling settings, giving me experience helping clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, and OCD-spectrum conditions, and I also provide relationship and sex therapy for individuals and couples. As a member of the IOCDF and ADAA, I stay current with nationally recognized training in anxiety and OCD treatment. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ERP, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, helping them reduce distress, build resilience, and create lasting change.
