About My Clients
I work best with women and teen girls who feel overwhelmed, worn down, or quietly struggling while trying to hold everything together. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, family expectations, or major life transitions. They are often caring for others while feeling disconnected from their own needs and are looking for a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and create healthier ways of coping and relating to themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with training in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM). My work is grounded in an integrative, relational approach that helps clients better understand their emotions, calm their nervous system, and develop healthier ways of coping. I specialize in working with women and teen girls navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting Greek and Greek-American clients and offer sessions in both English and Greek. I strive to create a thoughtful, supportive space where clients feel safe exploring patterns, building self-trust, and making changes that feel manageable and meaningful in their daily lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value creating a therapy space that feels warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I believe healing happens through feeling understood and supported, especially during times of stress, transition, or self-doubt. I care deeply about working with women and teens and approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. I am committed to ongoing learning and strive to show up thoughtfully and authentically in my work with clients.
