About My Clients
I’m a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating relationship struggles, big life transitions, and the deep, often painful questions that come with both. Whether you're facing the fallout of infidelity, feeling disconnected after years together, or trying to find your way through a season of uncertainty, I offer a space that’s calm, compassionate, and centered on what matters most to you.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Services. My education gave me a strong foundation in systems thinking—meaning I don’t just look at what's happening inside of you, but also the relationships, history, and environment that shape your experience. It’s not just about “what’s wrong,” but about what happened, what’s happening now, and what could be different. Additionally, I have completed ongoing training in EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy), EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy), and receive ongoing clinical supervision as well as peer consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll probably find me in the garden, on my bike, or sharing a slow meal with my husband and close friends. These moments of grounding, laughter, and connection remind me of why I do this work—and why relationships, in all their complexity, are so worth tending to.
