About My Clients

Many of my clients are navigating trauma, grief, or major life transitions. Trauma can show up as anxiety, numbness, people-pleasing, or always feeling “on.” Some are realizing that the ways they’ve pushed through in the past are starting to feel unsustainable. Others are moving through later-life transitions—changes in identity, independence, health, or long-held roles—and asking deeper questions about meaning and purpose.

My Background and Approach

My work is gentle, steady, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest. I integrate Brainspotting and parts-focused work to help you process trauma in a way that goes beyond surface insight. We also pay close attention to your body—because trauma and grief don’t live only in thoughts. They shape how your nervous system responds to stress, closeness, conflict, and change. Rather than forcing breakthroughs, we move at a pace that feels respectful. We notice patterns with curiosity, not judgment. We listen to the parts of you that developed to survive difficult experiences and help them feel less alone. Brainspotting sessions are 90 minutes to allow enough space for deeper work without rushing the process.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that had to adapt in order to survive. I value cultural awareness, humility, and ongoing learning. Our lived experiences, and the broader social realities that impact safety, identity, and opportunity, deserve care and respect in the therapy room. I believe in therapy that honors the whole person—mind and body. I believe in creating spaces where you can process trauma without being pathologized, where grief is allowed to be complex, and where existential questions are welcomed rather than avoided. You don’t need perfect language or a clear goal to begin. You just need a willingness to show up as you are.
