With 14 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring a blend of traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches to support your unique journey. My background includes extensive work in individual and couples therapy, addressing trauma, stress, anxiety, and self-compassion. I integrate cognitive and somatic therapies with mindfulness, and yogic philosophy, fostering healing that connects mind, body, and spirit. My approach is collaborative and rooted in self-compassion, helping you explore unhelpful patterns and build resilience. Together, we’ll develop tools to navigate challenges with greater awareness, aiming to empower you with skills that cultivate self-acceptance, manage stress, and foster deep personal growth. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves compassion, connection, and the opportunity to thrive. I support the LGBTQIA+ community and am continuously learning how to be a better ally and advocate. I believe in reproductive rights, transgender equality, and that healthcare should be accessible to all. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about social justice and actively seek to decolonize my therapy practice, ensuring that I honor diversity. Outside of work, I greatly enjoy spending time with friends, my husband and my dog Lucky. I am here to support you on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment, creating a safe space to embrace your true self.
