About My Clients
My clients often come to me wanting to find their sense of self or purpose, to understand their emotions or to maintain satisfying relationships. Most of them have been through difficult life circumstances they find hard to talk about with others. All of them are becoming aware of recurring patterns that no longer serve them, but don't know how to change them. I want to help you approach life with curiosity and creativity while becoming aware of what is blocking you from living fully.
My Background and Approach
With master's degrees in psychology and drama therapy, post-graduate training in Gestalt therapy, I utilize both verbal and non-verbal techniques, depending on your needs and goals. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process in which both the client and therapist are active participants. I work with clients in the here and now, observing how their patterns manifest in our relationship. During sessions, I engage clients' feelings, thoughts and behaviors to foster greater awareness. I'm also certified in crisis interventions and have additional training on working with trauma, abuse and neglect.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is grounded in the belief that through a strong therapeutic relationship, clients can work through challenges and develop practical skills to improve their overall quality of life.
