About My Clients
There has been a constant stream of worries, no matter how hard you try “not to think about it.” Once one thing subsides, your mind immediately moves on to the next. You feel tense and tight all the time and it’s affecting your sleep and ability to concentrate on anything else. I am here to hold your story and help you through the tough moments, every step of the way.
My Background and Approach
I focus on a holistic approach, understanding the importance of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I offer tools individualized to each client that you can carry with you at all times. I have a depth of experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use a combination of CBT, ACT DBT, mindfulness techniques and mind/body approaches to help you reach your goals and get back to living your best life – or BETTER.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is capable of growth. Mental health issues are often the result of unhealthy learned beliefs and behaviors from our past. This means that we all have the ability to unlearn the beliefs and behaviors that have been holding us back. I am dedicated to maintaining my own mental health so I can be the best version of myself for my clients.
