About My Clients
I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. Many clients struggle with complex PTSD, attachment wounds, or self-esteem shaped by cultural or generational trauma. I also work with professionals experiencing stress and burnout. Together, we create a safe, compassionate space for exploration, healing, and growth. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and personalized—creating a safe space to explore your emotions and build tools for healing and growth.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. I specialize in complex PTSD, attachment wounds, and cultural or generational trauma. My approach blends DBT, IFS, and psychodynamic methods to help you uncover patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and create lasting change. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and collaborative. I value authenticity and create a safe, grounded space where you can explore at your own pace. With a background in both community mental health and private practice I also support professionals navigating burnout and identity shifts. Therapy with me is not just about symptom relief—it’s about reclaiming your story, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward emotional resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapist, I believe healing happens when people feel seen in the fullness of who they are. I am deeply committed to mental health access, racial equity, and culturally competent therapy. My work is grounded in social work values and inclusive care for BIPOC, first- and second-generation immigrants, adoptees, and those navigating identity, faith, or intergenerational trauma. I believe therapy should honor your lived experience and cultural background while creating space for self-compassion, curiosity, and emotional growth. Outside of therapy, I try to practice what I preach by taking breaks, traveling, enjoying good food, and staying curious—exploring new interests beyond my daily routine.
