My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Faith Counseling There is so much uncertainty in life and as Christians there is faith and hope in God and His plans. However, this does not mean they do not have doubts, struggle with challenging life circumstances and are not exempt from stress, anxiety, depression, anger, traumatic experiences and responses or ruptures in relationships. I provide a safe therapeutic space to process those challenges and incorporate faith and a Christian perspective in the healing journey. I work with many people who have different beliefs and who do not identify with any particular faith but wish to see me for other reasons. I respect each person and counseling is where each individual can be honest with their beliefs without judgment.
