About My Clients

My clients are insightful, resilient individuals seeking clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, or burnout and want to set boundaries without guilt. They’re ready to break patterns, speak up for themselves, and live in alignment with their values. Whether quiet or outspoken, they share a deep desire to feel empowered, understood, and supported as they reclaim their voice and honor their needs.

My Background and Approach

The tools I offer are ones I’ve refined through years of helping clients reclaim their voice, set boundaries, and regulate emotions. I’ve created dozens of actionable strategies, and my goal is for you to leave with at least five that feel natural, empowering, and ready to use anytime. I’m direct, compassionate, and deeply collaborative. We’ll start with what’s happening now—whether it’s people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty saying no—and build from there. My background spans medical social work, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health, and I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing. I’ve been trained in cutting-edge techniques that help you shift from guilt to self-trust, from shutdown to assertiveness. We’ll explore how your nervous system responds to stress and how to calm it quickly. You’ll build resilience, clarity, and the confidence to honor your needs—without apology.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a sacred space for transformation—where self-doubt gives way to self-trust, and guilt is replaced with grounded clarity. I believe every person deserves to honor their needs without apology, to speak their truth without fear, and to set boundaries that reflect their worth. Healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about reclaiming your voice, reconnecting with your values, and living in alignment with who you truly are. I believe in the power of collaboration, compassion, and practical tools that create lasting change.
