My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Mental health counselor in MA. I am a bilingual clinician who is experienced working with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking populations in a family, group and outpatient setting. My therapeutic approaches are: CBT, Solution Focused, DBT, REBT, Existential and Mindfulness based therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I trust in a human being's capacity of overcoming challenging situations, taking responsibility of their lives and living with purpose. Do you feel you are struggling emotionally and want to find your right pathway? Do you consider yourself bi-cultural and would like your cultural background to be considered? Using non-judgmental acceptance and a supportive psychotherapy environment, I believe I can be a helping hand.
