I want to assure you that you are not alone. This is a very common problem which often arises out of not feeling safe as a child. I work with you in the context of your current problems and challenges to help you mend those memories or experiences that are holding you back in relationships. These issues will be explored using a variety of therapy modalities. We will go at the pace that is comfortable for you.
