Teenage years can be tough! Is your teen struggling with self-esteem? Are you experiencing teen-parent conflict? Maybe you've seen changes in All the changes teens go through, with the current stressors they experience might be overwhelming. As a parent you want what's best for them and want them to be confident in who they are, giving them the skills to cope with whatever life brings. I work with you and your teen to reach your goals, by creating a trusting relationship while giving them tools.
