About My Clients
I treat adults with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and Personality disorders. Other issues include panic attacks, relationship problems, complex trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My practice centers around a balance of acceptance and change, drawing from both DBT and CBT techniques. I use gentle challenging, honesty and humor to build insight for those who are looking to understand themselves and the world on a deeper level. From barriers to daily functioning, to larger questions of identity and life purpose, we will explore ways to address unhealthy patterns in a safe and judgement free space.
