About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many clients come to therapy navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, emotional regulation challenges, or major life transitions. Others seek support in understanding patterns that affect their well-being and relationships. If you are looking for a supportive space to gain clarity, build coping skills, and create meaningful change, you will feel supported here.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in school psychology and more than 14 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. My training helps me understand not only emotional struggles but also the systems that influence well being, including schools, family dynamics, and life transitions. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, ADHD, attachment concerns, and behavioral challenges. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, CPT, EMDR, play therapy, and expressive therapies such as art. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients gain insight, build practical skills, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationships and in spaces where people feel safe, respected, and truly understood. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and cultural humility. I value creating an environment where individuals and families from all backgrounds feel welcome and supported. I believe each person carries a unique story shaped by their experiences, relationships, and culture, and those stories deserve to be heard with care and without judgment. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and build more meaningful connections in their lives. Outside of therapy, I value lifelong learning and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
