I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 7 years of experience in the field and the owner of Personal Development Therapy. In my professional career I have been helping individuals, couples and families with various backgrounds from all walks of life. Helping you feel safe and comfortable during our sessions while working towards tangible results is my primary goal. I accomplish this by tailoring evidenced based approaches and techniques to your personal circumstances and personality. I'll work with you every step of the way and provide helpful tools for use outside of our sessions.
