About My Clients
I work with adults seeking support for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Many of my patients come to me for medication management or SPRAVATO® treatment when other approaches haven’t provided relief. I provide a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard as we build treatment plans tailored to their unique goals.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed and board-certified physician assistant with experience treating adults across outpatient, primary care, and correctional settings. At Relief Mental Health, I provide psychiatric medication management and SPRAVATO® treatment for depression and other conditions. My approach emphasizes listening, collaboration, and patient education, so each person feels informed and empowered in their care. I treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and more, and when needed, I connect patients with adjunctive services like TMS, therapy, or external resources to ensure comprehensive support. I draw on my diverse clinical background to take a whole-person approach, integrating both medical and mental health perspectives into treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be personalized, collaborative, and rooted in trust. Every patient deserves a space where they feel understood, respected, and supported in sharing their experiences. I view treatment as a partnership and encourage open communication so patients feel engaged and informed every step of the way. I also believe education is a key part of care—understanding a diagnosis and treatment options helps patients feel confident in their journey. My goal is to empower individuals to find stability, resilience, and improved well-being through a supportive, patient-centered approach.
