I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and collaborative working relationship with each client in therapy. I believe counseling is the best place for new found hope and to receive the support and guidance you seek. My approach is soft, gentle, yet direct. I view the therapeutic relationship as a sacred space in which my focus is that you feel safe,
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is treating couples, teaching open communication skills, working through conflicts, and increasing love and intimacy. I work with children by using play therapy to resolve trauma, learn coping skills and overcome undesirable behaviors. I began my early career with experiences at County Mental Health and a local Foster Care Agency. From the moment you walk into my office your worries and concerns will be my priority. I will work on helping you feel comfortable and I invite you to be yourself knowing you will not be judged. I will listen to your concerns and you will feel heard. Please reach out to me, I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002 and have over 17 years of experience working with children, individuals, couples, and a long term passion for helping others.
