About My Clients
You’re the one who keeps it together for everyone else—at work, at home, in your relationships. But inside, you feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, or grieving a loss that others may not even see. You say yes when you want to say no, carry guilt for setting boundaries, and feel responsible for everyone’s feelings. Maybe you’ve lost touch with your own needs after years of putting others first. You’re tired of overthinking, walking on eggshells, or feeling like your worth depends on being needed
My Background and Approach
I help adults struggling with anxiety, grief, and codependency—especially when these patterns stem from early relationships or unresolved trauma. Using EMDR, relational work, and practical tools, I support you in healing emotional wounds, setting boundaries, and rebuilding self-trust. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re used to doing it all alone. You don’t have to have the perfect words or a clear plan. We’ll go at your pace, with warmth and curiosity. If you’re ready to move from surviving to healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their lives through empowerment and affirmation. I believe that the family of origin experience plays a relevant role in developing trauma and struggling during adulthood with mental health issues. I think that once we realize that we have birthrights that were not fulfilled during our childhood, we will be able to learn how to give ourselves compassion, love, and care.
