About My Clients
For more than 20 years, I've specialized in palliative & hospice care, helping adults cope with illness, challenging family dynamics & end-of-life concerns. I also support caregivers and healthcare professionals experiencing burnout or emotional fatigue. I believe some of the most difficult conversations can become opportunities for deep connection and transformation. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, trusting space where you feel safe enough to comfortably share whatever you are facing.
My Background and Approach
It's truly an honor to support individuals and families facing health challenges, life transitions, loss, and periods of uncertainty. I help adults & families navigate the emotional impact of serious illness and life transitions. I draw from relational and experiential approaches to help people navigate change, loss, and uncertainty. Whether we’re working through grief, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions, my goal is to help clients find clarity, meaning, and emotional balance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a strong supporter of California's End of Life Option Act. I have facilitated Medical Aid in Dying for countless hospice patients, supporting them and their loved ones as they approach the end of life. I believe that everyone should have access to the full spectrum of medical options available, regardless of class, race, gender, sexuality or cultural background. I also believe that everyone should have the right to choose what happens to their own body and to receive the level of care that feels right for them.
