My Background and Approach
I work collaboratively with each client to explore what’s going on, identify strengths, and set meaningful goals. My practice is trauma-informed, and I incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to help you find clarity and take practical steps forward.
