About My Clients
You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, or ADHD, or looking for a place where you can show up fully as yourself. I work with adults and specialize in affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients. Whether you’re new to therapy or trying again after a past experience didn’t feel right, you deserve to feel seen and heard. Together, we can explore what matters to you, build self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more authentically yours.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Counseling from Oregon State University–Cascades and am a licensed counselor in Oregon and Washington, as well as a National Certified Counselor. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, offering a flexible approach shaped by your experiences and needs. I specialize in affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and have completed SAIGE’s Rainbow Certificate: Level 1 training. This training supports my commitment to culturally informed care where your identity is respected and you have room to explore what living authentically means to you. I bring authenticity, humor, and creativity into our work. Music, writing, books, or favorite shows can offer starting points for understanding yourself. Whether you’re new to therapy or seeking a better fit, we’ll work collaboratively at your pace. Through telehealth, you can connect from a comfortable, familiar space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know how meaningful it can be to find spaces where you can be fully yourself. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. Inclusion, authenticity, social justice, and meaningful connection are central to my life and work. I’m committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care and cultural humility. While shared identity can offer connection, I stay curious about your unique experiences and what matters to you. I value a therapeutic relationship where we can be real with each other, make room for humor, and explore without judgment. Your interests, creativity, and lived experience belong in our conversations. Outside of work, I’m often dreaming about my next travel destination, spending time in or near water, hanging out with my dog, or enjoying coffee and a good book. I welcome the things that make you feel most like yourself.
