My Background and Approach
You can make real changes in yourself and in your relationships. You can learn skills to reduce negative feelings. For 26 years, I've helped people learn skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, & school/work concerns. I know how difficult it is to ask for help. I've been where you are.
