I often serve people with anxiety, depression and past trauma. I also use hypnotherapy to help people overcome self sabbatoging behaviors. I integrate what I know as a therapist and as a person to individualize my approach. I help people feel safe and comfortable as they move toward healing and wholeness. I often go with my intuition and I love a good laugh.

I believe we each have a distinct purpose in life. And when people are doing what someone else wants them to do, they suffer. I believe we have unlimited potential and that at the end of the day, we need to be seen, felt, and understood by another in order to be who we are and be happy in life.
