My Background and Approach
I worked for over a decade in mental health before taking another decade to focus on my three children. Currently, I own a private practice in Saline, Michigan. I help clients to regulate their emotions and nervous system for optimal performance in work and in relationships. Most importantly we elevate the relationship with self so that you can heal past traumas and access your optimal zone for comfort, motivation, and connection. Specialized training in areas of trauma, anxiety, EMDR, and mind-body connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Habits, distractions, and behaviors which once protected us in some way are often no longer serving us. When people have the opportunity to really explore their truth and process with an objective person who can help identify patterns & triggers, we can heal old wounds, and move forward with greater confidence, emotional resilience and more fulfilling connections to others.
