About My Clients

My clients are some of the most incredible humans and it is a privilege to be able to walk alongside them. I work mainly with young adults who are struggling with a variety of things including trauma, anxiety, self-esteem and abusive relationships. I want my clients to know that their story matters and that no matter what there is always hope.

My Background and Approach

After working at an inpatient unit for those who have gone through psychological trauma, I developed a passion for working with those with Complex PTSD stemming from a variety of traumas including childhood abuse, sex trafficking & abusive relationships. I'm also a Certified First Responder Counselor.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people need to feel seen and heard, and that is the first and most important step in the healing process. I want my office to be a safe and judgment free zone for you to be able to process through anything and everything you have going on in your life.
