About My Clients
I work with Gen X and Millennial professionals who feel consumed by anxiety and panic attacks as they try to manage demanding careers and fulfilling personal lives. They’ve realized that their current balance isn’t working—they want to focus on their overall well-being, including health and relationships, without sacrificing career growth. My ideal clients are ready to take charge of their anxiety and explore a more grounded, intentional way of living.
My Background and Approach
With a specialization in anxiety and panic disorders, I bring a holistic approach to therapy, examining factors like medical concerns, nutrition, past experiences, and daily habits that may contribute to anxiety. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I also incorporate creative tools like role-playing, breath work, somatic practices, art, and meditation to ensure that every plan is tailored to the unique needs of each client. I help clients not just manage their anxiety, but also step back, reassess their priorities, and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a space for curiosity, compassion, and growth. My goal is to empower clients to build a more mindful relationship with anxiety, seeing it as a signal—an opportunity to explore unmet needs, address imbalances, and uncover areas of life that need attention. Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about holistic well-being and the intersection of mental health with lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, movement, spirituality, and meaningful relationships. As part of the BIPOC and LGBTQ community, I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and believe in creating an inclusive space where everyone feels supported in their journey toward growth.
