I utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT and EMDR along with compassion and encouragement. I create a non-judgmental and relaxed environment so you can feel comfortable throughout our sessions. While I don't currently take insurance, if requested, I can provide you with the documentation to file with your insurance company for session reimbursement. Together, we can ease your distress, overcome adverse events, and regain peace and control in your life.
