About My Clients

I work with teens, adults, and families who are navigating challenges related to autism, grief, identity, sexual behavior, and neurodiversity. Many of my clients are looking for a safe, affirming space to be themselves while working through life transitions, educational needs, or emotional overwhelm. I especially support LGBTQ+ individuals, caregivers, and those feeling misunderstood or overlooked in traditional systems.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over seven years of experience supporting individuals and families. I also hold a post-master’s certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client. I blend evidence-based strategies with holistic tools, including animal-assisted interventions, to support healing and growth. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space. Whether you're navigating autism spectrum challenges, grief, educational issues, or simply seeking clarity and support, I’m here to walk alongside you. My personal experience as a parent and grandparent of neurodivergent children deepens my empathy and understanding.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is holistic—emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational. As a therapist, BCBA, and doula, I see each person as whole and worthy, not broken or in need of fixing. I believe in affirming all identities and experiences, and I honor the wisdom my clients bring to the work. My personal and professional journeys have taught me that grief, trauma, and neurodivergence don’t define someone—they reveal strength, resilience, and depth. I trust in the power of connection, laughter, and presence. Whether you're navigating birth, loss, autism, identity, or change, I’m here to support your path with compassion and honesty. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and real.
