About My Clients
My clients are often deep feelers, creative thinkers, and neurodivergent souls navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, or identity shifts. They’re seeking a space where they can be fully seen without masking, and where lived experience and clinical expertise meet. I specialize in working with those who feel out of sync with the world and are ready to reclaim their wild, authentic selves—on their terms, at their pace.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with over a decade of experience helping clients move through trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and chronic illness. As someone with lived experience in many of these areas, I know how powerful it is to work with a therapist who truly gets it. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in authenticity. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up as our whole selves—messy, complex, and real. I integrate nervous system education, mindfulness, and parts work to help clients build self-compassion, regulation, and confidence. Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out, or just plain tired of masking, I'm here to support your return to a more grounded, connected, and authentic you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to explain your existence. I’m LGBTQ+ aligned, deeply committed to anti-oppressive practice, and passionate about dismantling systems that perpetuate harm—whether that’s ableism, white supremacy, or capitalism. I believe in equity, bodily autonomy, and collective liberation. I bring a decolonized, affirming lens to my work and value lived experience, authenticity, and self-determination. Many of my clients are navigating systems that weren’t built for them, and I aim to offer a space where they can unpack that safely. Therapy with me means showing up as you are—not who the world told you to be—and being met with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
