About My Clients
My clients are often the first in their families to have the courage to disrupt limiting beliefs and break unhealthy patterns. They seek to challenge societal/cultural/familial expectations as they dare to redefine themselves wholeheartedly and authentically. Together, we will make space to explore the impact of personal and generational traumas, navigate the complexities and beauty of intersecting identities, and create meaningful, lasting, and accessible healing practices.

Connection, compassion, and solidarity are at the heart of my therapeutic approach. My commitment to you is to provide a safe and inclusive space for you that is evolving based on your needs. I bring into therapy a relationship that is authentic, heart-led, present, intuitive, collaborative, and passionate. What's most important to me is that you feel our space is consistently safe, affirming, and grounding. I am honored to have been practicing therapy for the past 10 years, working with youth, adults, and families. I am currently seeing California-residing clients remotely as this offers the most accessibility for individuals' busy schedules and promotes holding sessions in the comfort of people's personal spaces.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a bisexual, Mexican-American therapist who is the daughter of immigrants. This has fully shaped my values and beliefs. Through my personal journey as a human and therapist, my experiences have shaped a deep understanding of the human experience, offering a transgenerational, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed lens and a commitment to honor and respect each individual's unique narrative. I care so deeply about my work, which is demonstrated in our time together. I am honored to provide reparative experiences to those who have been negatively affected by therapy and seek to provide a truly transformational experience for first-time therapy goers. This will be your sanctuary of support and understanding where healing, self-acceptance, and empowerment can occur. I simply ask you to arrive as you are and begin from where you presently stand.
