About My Clients
Throughout my work, I have learned that every person is unique, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I believe that when people are willing to understand themselves and do the work, therapy can be a powerful path toward growth and change. I work with adults, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with 10 years of experience as a school counselor. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be affecting your life today. Through an IFS approach, we can explore the “parts” of you that may show up in different situations. Taking the step to begin therapy can feel both hopeful and challenging. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, explore what is happening in your life, and begin moving toward meaningful change. We will work together at a pace that feels right for you, with compassion and curiosity.
