My Background and Approach
I am certified sex therapist (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists), EMDR therapist (EMDR International Association), and KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) practitioner with experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma and depression. I also enjoy working with clients who are struggling in their relationships. I have a strong background in both trauma work and sexual wellness - I find that these two areas often overlap.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m passionate about sexual wellbeing and believe that all consensual relationships are valid. I have a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and draw on my fitness background to help clients develop anxiety and stress reduction strategies as part of their therapeutic journeys. I appreciate the individuality of each client and the uniqueness of their experiences. I take time to listen and develop a plan to meet each client’s individual needs, creating a collaborative and compassionate space during treatment.
