I work with driven, accomplished people: founders, executives, creatives, and professionals who carry a great deal of responsibility and are very good at holding it together. From the outside, things look like they're working. Inside, many are ready for something deeper than insight alone or another strategy for performing better.
My Background and Approach
My approach brings together somatic therapy, psychedelic-assisted work, and relational depth work, drawing on Internal Family Systems, Hakomi, Polyvagal theory, and Shirley Dvir's Relational Somatic Healing model. The focus is on the body and the relationship as part of the work, with careful preparation and integration. I also supervise and mentor clinicians and interns, and I'm building a practice where thoughtful, well-supported clinicians can do this work with care. I'm glad to connect with colleagues, referral partners, and clinicians interested in somatic and relational work.
