About My Clients

I tend to work with clients who are introspective, emotionally aware, and ready to explore the “why” behind their patterns. Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the lingering effects of childhood trauma. They come to therapy seeking greater ease, clarity, and connection — with themselves and with others. They’re looking for support that honors both where they’ve been and where they hope to go.

My Background and Approach

I offer a space for the parts of you that feel unseen, stuck, or afraid. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in psychodynamic therapy and DBT, with a focus on adults, couples, and teens. Together, we’ll gently explore what lies beneath the surface and move toward deeper healing and growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I also believe humor is essential in therapy. The process doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold — it can be curious, engaged, and even playful. I show up as a real person in the room, and I welcome your full humanity, too. If you’re yearning for relief, insight, or greater self-trust, I’d be honored to walk with you.
