About My Clients

Do you feel like your anxiety is in charge of you? Are you stuck in the past and unable to move forward? Do you want to feel more grounded and at peace? You want to feel grounded, calm, and in control again—to truly understand yourself and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful? I help clients recognize what’s keeping them stuck and learn tools to move forward and create the live they want.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in helping adults and adolescents (ages 13+) navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based therapies—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic and mindfulness-based practices—with a compassionate, collaborative style. I take a grounded and practical approach, working alongside you to set clear, meaningful goals and build the tools and skills needed to create lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person holds the ability to grow and heal, no matter what challenges they’ve faced. Life’s pain, trauma, and stress can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected, but with the right support and understanding, meaningful change is possible. Healing isn’t about forgetting the past—it’s about discovering resilience, purpose, and compassion for yourself along the way.
