Amy Leek is the Owner and Clinical Director of Leek Therapy. Join us in discovering and honoring your "True Compass" for healing, happiness, success, and overall wellbeing. The therapists of Leek Therapy provide a variety of skills, specialties, therapeutic modalities, and life experience to offer professional and ethical mental health care to our community. My Background and Approach
At Leek Therapy, we believe that everyone has a "True Compass" which represents our moral values, intuition, inner guidance, and our true authentic selves. We operate in relation to our true compass as it provides centeredness, & when we feel off-course, our compass needle will reorient and guide us back to our true selves. We can head east then west, accepting help from others along the way, and use our true compass to guide our journey to our ultimate destination." We believe in the power of the relationship between therapist and client, consistency of non-judgmental support and validation, and the establishment of safety and trust for healing and authentic personal growth. We also believe in identifying and utilizing strengths to help achieve goals and improved emotional health.
