My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is eclectic but deeply rooted in CBT. In addition to being a clinical therapist, I have a diverse professional background. My experience ranges from jobs in academia to the public sector of health and human services. I was also a cocktail waitress & bartender at a Blues bar, so it’s fair to say I’m pretty well rounded.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the brain is our most vital organ & mental health is no less important than physical health. I sometimes disclose personal things about myself more-so than a traditional therapist because I value human connection.
