I work with adolescent, young adults, and adults and my specialties include mood and anxiety disorders, transitional issues/adjustment, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
My philosophy is to help clients explore ways to make the changes in their lives that will allow them to look forward to the future with hope. I believe that we all need someone to talk with who will listen in a warm and nonjudgment safe space. I view counseling as a collaborative process designed to empower one to accomplish their mental health and wellness goals.
