My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative and my clinical specialties include working with clients who are exploring gender expression, identity, or transition, sexuality, relationships and attachment, and neurodivergent identities. If you are struggling with feelings of shame, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, experiencing lack of family acceptance, discrimination, or oppression - you are absolutely not alone. We’ll work together to increase self-acceptance, improve your relationships, and build self-worth. We’ll explore ways to identify feelings, stressors, strengths, needs, and challenges, while cultivating new skills and practices to help you live well. My goal is to provide a caring, validating space where you will feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I practice from an anti-racist, person-centered, trauma-informed, and de-pathologizing perspective. I am a sex positive and body positive clinician and I offer a safe and competent space; affirming of sexual diversity, fluidity, polyamory, monogamy, kink, BDSM, sexuality professionals, and other relational styles and identities.
